The Villa

Entrance Level

The entrance level includes a toilet with a sink, a large open-plan and air-conditioned living room featuring comfortable sofas, seats, Samsung Smart TV, Sonos sound system and a spacious dining area. From the living room, big glass triple doors allow you to enter the pool and garden area.

The kitchen is just a step down from the dining area and offers further seating and a fully-equipped kitchen including electric cooking plate, oven, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, dishwasher and double sink.

First Floor

Stairs from the entrance level lead up to the first floor where all 4 bedrooms are located. The first bedroom on the right is a large master bedroom complete with an en-suite bathroom and a large terrace overlooking the pool area and garden. Further down the corridor are the remaining 3 bedrooms and another full bathroom. All the bedrooms are bright, modern and equipped with air-conditioning. Villa Vicente can sleep up to 9 adults in 4 bedrooms;

Bedroom 1 – Double bed (200×200 cm) with wardrobe and large terrace with seats and sun lounger (pool and mountain view)

Bedroom 2 – Single beds (2x 90×200 cm) with wardrobe (the single beds can also be converted into a double bed of 180×200 cm) – with wardrobe (valley view)

Bedroom 3 – Double bed (180×200 cm) with wardrobe (valley view)

Bedroom 4 – Single beds (3x 90×200 cm) with wardrobe (the single beds can also be converted into a double bed of 180×200 cm) – (pool and mountain view)

Bathroom 1 – En-suite (in bedroom 1) with large shower, toilet & double sink

Bathroom 2 – with large bath, shower, toilet & sink
